Mmmmmm, chocolate! What is better than chocolate? Raspberries and chocolate combination in my book! Sharing these amazing bites with you, because they are simply to die for! No super chef skills needed either, just whip together, and they are ready to enjoy! Try them and let me know what you think?! YUM!
INGREDIENTS:
- 4.4oz shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2.6oz raspberries
- 3.5oz dark chocolate
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blitz until just combined (still a little chunky).
Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place in the freezer for 30-40 minutes.
Meanwhile, slowly melt the chocolate over a double boiler, stirring continuously.
Roll each bite in the chocolate, place on a large plate and refrigerate until serving.
