I am going to blow your socks off with this recipe, because most people think "anything green" tastes bad! Well this smoothie is delicious and has the most beautiful color and nutrient value too! Hope you love it just as much as I do! ENJOY!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1⁄2 avocado, peeled
- Handful spinach
- 1.7oz frozen courgette, chopped
- 1.7oz pineapple chunks
- 300ml coconut water
- 5-10 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in the blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a tall glass.
