Breakfast Sausage Burrito

When it comes to easy breakfast or brunch recipes, I am all about convenience, ease, and flavors! Love how clean and delicious this burrito is, and the best part is you can freeze it for later, if you wish! So you can just make a batch, freeze it all, and then just add fresh avocado when you are ready to enjoy! And did I mention how delicious these burritos are? Yes, so delicious!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 brown onion, diced
  • 1lb breakfast sausage
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 3 tortillas (gluten-free if required)
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1 large tomato, sliced

Add the olive oil to a large frying pan and cook onion for 5 minutes or until translucent.

Add the sausage and green bell pepper and cook for about 7 minutes or until beef is fully cooked.

Heat the tortillas in the microwave for 40 seconds.

Spoon sausage mixture into the tortillas and top with avocado and cheese.

P.S. If you make this dish, please comment and let me know how you liked it. Feel free to share on socials also, because #SharingIsCaring.
