Ohhhh, just imagine this...you making a salad like this and enjoying it in the sun by the pool?! Or in the park getting some vitamin D? Or camping? Or boating on the lake? Options are endless, but this salad will blow your mind away! All the flavors, creamy texture, and amazing smell will just hit the spot this spring/summer season and become your NEW fave! ENJOY!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large banana, chopped
- 1 red apple, chopped
- 1 orange, chopped
- 7oz strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp honey
Mix together the Greek yoghurt and honey.
Add the fruit and toss to combine.
Divide between 2 bowls.
