If you know me personally, you probably remember how much I love my daily smoothies! I have a recipe list for days when it comes to delicious smoothies! This option is simple, but it packs the punch of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and antioxidants. Plus, don't forget about alkalinity and digestive benefits of this green giant! Whip it quickly for a boost of energy anytime! ENJOY!
- 60g spinach
- 2.500ml water
- 165g mango, diced
- 200g pineapple, diced
- 2 bananas, frozen
Tightly pack 2 cups of spinach in a measuring cup and then toss into blender.
Add water and blend together until all leafy chunks are gone.
Add mango, pineapple and banana and blend again until smooth.
Pour into a mason jar or glass.
