Pear Pie Porridge

Better than your regular oatmeal! This delicious and nutritious spin on a porridge will satisfy all the cravings you have! A perfect combo of sweet, creamy, earthy, and it's so easy to make! Whipping this recipe for a family would be easy as well, so give it a try and let me know what you think! ENJOY! 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (gluten free if required)
  • 125ml oat milk (gluten free if required)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 pear, grated
  • 0.7oz pecans

Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.

Simmer for 3-4 minutes or until thickened.

Transfer to a serving bowl and top with pecans.
