Rasp-Apple Smoothie

You know me I am all about those smoothies, especially, as it gets warmer outside! They are just perfect on-the-go options that never break the bank and have simple ingredients! This one is delicious, and if you want a dairy-free version, just use some coconut or cashew milk yogurt instead of Greek yogurt! BOOM, it's that easy! ENJOY! 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 green apple
  • 2.8oz frozen raspberries
  • 3.5oz Greek yoghurt
  • 125ml almond milk
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk
  • 5 ice cubes

Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until combined.
