So many asked for healthy dessert options that do not take forever to make...well here is one of them! FUDGE? Who would say NO to that, right? But I want you to make this healthy fudge and enjoy it guilt-free this season! Yes, you can have a cake and eat it too, if you try this incredible recipe! You won't be disappointed, so just give it a shot, and then let me know what you think?! ENJOY!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 16 raspberries
- 1 tsp sea salt flakes
Place the chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in the microwave in 20 second increments, stirring each time.
Transfer the fudge mixture to a loaf pan, lined with baking paper.
Gently place the raspberries on top of the mixture and sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
Place in the freezer for 3 hours or until fully set.
Cut into 16 serves and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
