Strawberry Bites

Do you want to learn how to make a chef-quality dessert at home to impress your family, friends, or co-workers? I got you, friend! Try my strawberry bites, and trust me you are so going to feel like a professional baker. The flavors are incredible too, but the recipe and ingredients are actually super simple! I am just using a "heathy twist" here, so that your waist line stays nice and slim! You are going to thank me later! ENJOY!!!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 120g granola
  • 70g coconut shavings
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon honey
  • 200g strawberries
  • 140g Greek yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix granola, coconut, coconut oil and honey in a blender. Blend until the mixture is finely ground.

Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray. Add 1 Tablespoon of the granola mixture into each space in the tin.

Place strawberries and yogurt in a blender. Blend until it is a smoothie.

Pour the blended strawberry mixture into each of the tin spaces.

Place in the freezer for 30-60 minutes. Let the bites defrost for a couple minutes. Serve and enjoy.

P.S. If you make this dish, please comment and let me know how you liked it. Feel free to share on socials also, because #SharingIsCaring.
