Ever since I was a little girl, popcorn was a thing! It smells delicious, it's yummy, crunchy, and always brings the best memories from childhood back. All the flavors, smell and after-taste of this popcorn is just to die for! And yes, I did add cinnamon to it...just trust me on that! ENJOY!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 cup popcorn kernels
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat the oil in a very large saucepan. Add the corn kernels, place the lid on and cook until you hear the popping noise stop. You’ll need to regularly shake the pan.
Once the popcorn has finished popping, remove from the heat.
In a smaller saucepan, add the butter, maple syrup, salt and cinnamon and slowly melt.
Pour over the popcorn and stir to coat. YUM!
