Delicious and nutritious easy recipe for your entire family to enjoy! I cannot get enough of this dish, and I don't even love ground beef that much. It's all about the flavors and added crunch that makes it simply perfect! I love this recipe, it really makes you a professional chef at home without learning any extra skills haha! I highly recommend choosing organic hormone-free and grass-fed beef for this recipe, or you could use bison, if that's your preference! ENJOY!
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 2 large carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 large broccoli, chopped
- 6 radishes, chopped
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 medium zucchini, chopped
- 1 large red paprika
Heat olive oil in a large frying pan to medium heat. Add the carrots, broccoli, and radishes and stir well.
Cover and cook, stirring until vegetables begin to soften, about 5 minutes.
Remove the vegetables to plate and add the ground beef and sprinkle with sea salt.
Break the beef up into chunks with a spatula, fry 10 minutes, and stir with vegetables. Cook stirring occasionally, until beef is cooked.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve in bowls and enjoy.
